(Insert "Twilight Zone" Music Here)

The scene - yesterday in the parking lot at Target. Driving down the aisle I see a red Highlander.

Not so bizarre- there are red Highlanders everywhere.

But then I notice the license plate frame. Alumni Boston College.

O.M.G. What are the odds of seeing another BC car in the parking lot? Certainly not very high. But what are the odds of finding THAT car with THAT license plate frame considering...

I have the very same car and the very same frame. Whoa... does that blow your mind, or what??

As my dad pointed out, I should have waited for the person to come out. Perhaps we could have been friends. I wonder if s/he also bought that particular car because it matched the license plate frame.... not that I would EVER do such a thing. Or would I?

Don't you just love camera phones? (Yes... yes I do. And this was a much better post with the actual pictures. Then I realized, probably not so smart to put a picture of my license plate up here. I don't really know why I don't think it's smart because, really? What would someone do with that info. But better to be safe than sorry, no?)

man, i thought somebody stole your car...why don't you just smear the license plate number so you can add a picture to your blog post?

I would have thought someone stole my car too. But I was driving when I first saw it :-) Trust me brother, I tried to figure out how to fix the picture, to "white out" the numbers, but could not. Perhaps you can do that for me when you come home.
